New fishing regulations for the Torneälven delta area

HaV and the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry have negotiated new fishing regulations for fishing in the Torne River and part of the Haparanda archipelago.

- It is also about adapting the opportunities for fishing for salmon with regard to the stock situation, the goal of sustainable fishing and the EU's fishing legislation in the sea, says Håkan Carlstrand, investigator at HaV.
