SRF organizes, together with Södertörn University, SLU and SIKO, network meetings about research on islands and island life. The first meeting was at Åstol in the Bohuslänsskärgård (Read more). Today's meeting is at Nämdö. More than 20 participants were present on site and another 10 or so were present electronically in this hybrid meeting.
Both researchers and islanders participate and exchange experiences. The goal is to formulate new conceivable research projects to apply for grants. A summary of the two networking meetings will come later when all the material has been compiled.
