During Thursday and Friday there was a research conference at Prästgården on Holmön. It was the first conference with the network Scientific Network for Island Research (SNIR). The theme of the conference was: Mapping Key Challenges to Sustainability on Islands.
Södertörn University (SH), SRF and HUF/HBBAB are all involved in SNIR and the conference was held with funding from the Baltic Sea Foundation. SH was responsible for the scientific program and HUF/HBBAB was responsible for the local arrangement.
