Access to fish and shellfish raw materials is crucial for the survival and profitability of Swedish fishing companies. Lately, however, it has been difficult for sour streaming companies, among other things, to find enough sour streaming raw material in the form of large streaming. I hope that this investment, together with the government's previous mission, can contribute to finding solutions that will ensure that we do not lose businesses and the culturally important surströmming, says Rural Affairs Minister Anna-Caren Sätherberg.
